Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program
Our Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program offers structured, personalized care for individuals battling substance use disorders. This program is ideal for those who need more support than traditional outpatient services but do not require daily treatment.
Intensive Outpatient treatment involves multiple weekly therapy sessions, including individual and group counseling, to address the physical, emotional, and mental aspects of recovery. We focus on developing coping strategies, managing triggers, and preventing relapse in a flexible, outpatient setting that fits with work or family life.

Partial Hospitalization Program
Our Partial Hospitalization Program offers a high level of care for individuals with substance use disorders who need more intensive support than traditional outpatient treatment but do not require 24-hour inpatient care.
Clients attend daily therapy sessions, including individual and group counseling, focusing on recovery skills, coping mechanisms, and relapse prevention. The program provides a structured environment while allowing clients to return home in the evenings.

Trauma-Focused Group Therapy

Dual Diagnosis Track

Multiple Pathways to Recovery

From our peer led 12-Step programs, holistic therapies, dharma recovery, celebrate Recovery, to our mindfulness, as well as clinician led evidenced based trauma therapies, cognitive behavioral techniques, we provide a range of evidence-based options. Family Program
Our Family Program is designed to support the loved ones of individuals in recovery. We provide education, counseling, and guidance to help families understand substance use disorders and the recovery process.
Through family therapy sessions and support groups, family members learn effective communication strategies, how to set healthy boundaries, and how to foster a supportive home environment. This program strengthens relationships, promotes healing, and empowers families to be an integral part of their loved one’s recovery journey. Life Skills
Our Life Skills Program helps individuals build the practical tools needed for long-term recovery and success. This program focuses on developing essential skills such as stress management, time management, communication, financial planning, and goal setting. At Sunlight Wellness and Recovery, we also believe that health and wellness are essential in the whole person approach to recovery, we teach our clients nutrition, cooking and exercise routines as well as inspire them to find new hobbies to help them find purpose in healthy recreation.
Through hands-on learning and guided exercises, clients gain confidence and independence, equipping them to navigate daily challenges and make healthier choices. The Life Skills Program is designed to empower individuals to lead fulfilling, balanced lives while maintaining their sobriety.
Sustained Recovery
Our Sustained Recovery Track is uniquely designed for people who have had multiple attempts at recovery with setbacks along the way. We work with each individual to help them understand the barriers they’ve experienced and apply lessons learned through their recovery journey to create a sustainable approach for long-term success. We integrate the services of peer support specialists whose lived experiences offer a unique perspective as they have personally navigated the same struggles. Holistic Therapies
Holistic therapies address the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—helping individuals in recovery from substance use disorder achieve lasting healing. These therapies complement traditional treatments like counseling and medication, offering a more comprehensive approach to recovery.
